  • March 21 · 6:00 PM

After March 18th admission will be $20 per person

Innovation is the lifeblood of any company. To survive and thrive in an era in which technology disruption is a constant, companies need to continuously develop a pipeline of breakthrough new products, services and business models.

The Lean Startup Approach addresses the shortcomings of traditional product management approaches to new product development.  It’s a data driven process specifically designed to reduce risk for new product development by focusing on the number one reason why new products fail: Premature scaling based on untested assumptions. It’s a process for finding a scalable business model, using rapid hypothesis testing through minimal experiments to reduce risk and eliminate waste. It’s being rapidly adopted in silicon valley and by pioneering enterprises around the world, and is supported by a growing body of best practices.

If you're new to the approach, either in a startup or an enterprise, this session will give you an overview of the approach and a starting point to applying it in your environment.

If you've been applying Lean Startup for a while, this session will provide a refresher on the framework and different types of experiments you can apply to accelerate your learning.
