5. Resumes of Principals
6. Appraisal Report (if applicable/ must be performed by an MAI Certified appraiser or equivalent)
7. Feasibility Study (if applicable)
8. Breakdown of Funds
9. Detail Use of Funds and
10. Comprehensive Exit Strategy
11. Relevant Loan Submission Form (Provided upon request)


Of course, if more than one phase is involved we will need a breakdown for each particular phase. Basically, we can fund anywhere in the US and anywhere in the world as long as the country is not an enemy of the US or is presently involved in a civil war.
