Objectives
The primary objective of the Business Planning And Management Networking Group (BPAM-NG) is the collaboration of professionals and business owners at breakfast meetings with mini seminars, and workshops dedicated to the discussion of business issues such as increasing market share, productivity, and revenues, while decreasing and controlling expenses can take place in an economical and convenient forum.
Other objectives include:
· Collaborative development of ideas and strategies between business owners and professional services providers
· The support of strategic alliances between business owners
· Brainstorm, develop and share ideas, and collaborate on strategies for business development
· Develop strategic alliances between professional service providers
· Networking for peer business owners and professionals
Why We Are Different
Businesses benefit when they collaboratively develop ideas and strategies to decrease and control expenses, increase market share, increase revenues, increase productivity and deal with changes in the economy affecting their businesses. BPAM-NG provides an inexpensive and convenient forum for businesses to develop relationships with industry professionals and learn from them in order to accomplish their objectives. BPAM-NG provides a forum in which peer companies and professional services providers can assist in the business-to-business exchange of ideas and strategies to help owners and professionals accomplish these objectives.
Membership
Membership is limited CEO's, Executives, Business Owners and Professional Service Providers interested in collaborating in the development of ideas and strategies intended to further the goals and objectives of member businesses through the development of business ideas and strategies. Only one professional within each discipline is allowed, business bankers, attorneys, CPA's and accountants, Internet and web design consultants, and other business services and sales professionals are welcome. Sorry, only commercial and industrial professionals (B2B), no MLM, real estate (commercial OK), insurance or personal services representatives.
Membership Cost
None - There is a $10.00 per meeting fee, that covers the cost of maintaining the meetup group system and a continental breakfast each month.

Develop ideas and strategies with other businesses through a 1 1/2 hour agenda that supports our objectives:
Introductions of new attendees - Inspirational Topic - 5 min
60 second business overview by up to 20 participants during breakfast - 20 Min
Business Intelligence - Ideas and strategies segment; review of educational topics related to leadership and management functions - 20 min
professionals workshops or case studies - Professionals and owners presentation on topic of interest to the group - 20 min
Issues segment - Business owners pose questions and issues to be taken up by group - 5 min (written and submitted)
Make contacts and Develop partnerships and mentors - Power sharing minutes where each participant rotates seats each 5 min and introduces themselves and there business - 20 min
