- As the Director of Development with the New York City Coalition Against Hunger, I'm interested in meeting others in the development community. I've been doing development related work for a few years and am always interested in hearing new ideas.
- How did you learn of this Meetup?

The volunteer coordinator from my organization recently sent me an invitation for a volunteer meet-up group but I searched for a development/fundraising related event and thought this would be more appropriate for me.
- Why do you want to participate in the NYC Professional Fundraiser and Grantmaker Meetup, and what event format would be most desirable?

I'm interested in meeting other people in the development community and hear about their programs. I would prefer a very low-key environment where it's comfortable to talk.
- What is the most interesting aspect of working in the nonprofit sector?

The challenge of serving the community in the most effective and rewarding way.
- If you started a new business, what would it be?

I would open a French restaurant that would be socially conscious and active in the community.
