Business Etiquette with Cecelia Grimes

Join Cecilia Budd Grimes, certified etiquette and protocol consultant, for a program on Business Etiquette. Her focus will be on The Polish of Professionalism with a specific focus on missteps. Among the topics are correct introductions, name badges, presentation of business cards, communications etiquette, and dining skills.

Cecilia Grimes is a graduate of Wake Forest University, holds a masters degree from Duke University, and received her etiquette credentials from the prestigious Protocol School of Washington. She is president of her firm, Etiquette Matters, which is celebrating its fifteenth-year anniversary in 2008.
Ms. Grimes teaches in the MBA program at NC State University. She is the etiquette coach for the University of North Carolina Women's Basketball team.

In all her endeavors, it is her goal to bring confidence to those who value a polished professional presence. She believes that Etiquette has the power to change lives and that the knowledge of etiquette, when properly applied, changes lives, both personal and professional, for the better.
