This meeting was very interesting. I enjoyed learning about ways that my brain might be "hard-wired" to respond to situations and experiences and that it is possible to create new "wiring" in order to have new options and experiences in life. Thanks, Jessica!

    •  I really enjoyed today's presentation by Jessica Sabatini, who is a Life Coach. She gave some great insight on how our brains interpret various situations in our lives, and how we can better help our colleagues get through their various emotional issues. I learned a lot about myself and how to better understand what I consider "problems" and how to better approach them so that I don't stress over things that I cannot control. I think the other members each found something they could take away from this presentation as well! It was very interactive!
    •  Today was my first meeting with Meetups Coffee and Contacts and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of different professional backgrounds. I enjoyed the video taped experience of what Jessica does as a Life Coach. Very interesting and very well done. I plan on going to the next meeting. As for me, I sell people (staffing business) and everyone knows someone looking for a job or a company looking for people. Glad to became privy of the group and am planning to be a part of it in the future.
