- Anybody who's already into or wants to get into Pre-Foreclosure Investing. Bring your properties and questions/ideas to share with our group. We will be going through many strategies to produce what everyone is looking for "CASH FLOW"
Why
- Were bringing the investors and the buyers together to see how working together can benefit both sides of the transaction. Theres many strategies if done properly can make a dead deal into cash flow for both parties.
