Hi Shelly,
Sorry for the confusion.  I think that Indianapolis Chocolate Blues and Business Festival would be good place for networking and connections.  I was writing to find interested parties to partner with us in IT related field.  For example; you might have marketing resources but not have technical resources to complete the project.  So we can partner together to complete the project.  Hope this helps!
